In the center of the city, Melikesat Madrasah, which displays the characteristics of 15th century architecture, is worth seeing. Zap Valley, on the Van-Hakkari road, has unique beauty. The trout in the Zap Stream are very tasty. There are springs throughout the valley, where ice cold, mountain water flows abundantly.
